​Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed with Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. Please note that shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed. We will communicate any potential delays via our primary communication channels.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We carefully package each order and ship insured using FedEx or USPS as our preferred carriers. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to completing your purchase.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. No exceptions.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Orders placed during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, are processed within 24 hours. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Atelier for Fine Stringed Instruments is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
