To further enhance the consultation process, we highly recommend inviting your private teacher to attend the session if they are available. Their presence can provide valuable insight, as they are familiar with your playing style, goals, and the type of instrument that would best support your development. This collaborative approach helps ensure that you make the most confident and well-informed choice.

We kindly request that bookings be made at least 4 days in advance to allow our specialists to thoroughly prepare for your visit. This ensures that we have ample time to gather the instruments best suited to your needs and arrange for a seamless consultation experience.

There is a $50.00 booking fee, which is fully refundable when you attend the consultation—whether or not you decide to make a purchase. However, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
